Hi Lani and All- I dont usually feel the energy straight away but notice changes over the next few days. Last week I felt so bold and strong and was voicing opinions among friends and groups of people etc- I felt kind of powerful and unstoppable -so much that I got scared- I felt fear about what would happen to me being so bold and not being cautious.
Still not sure it is a good thing- but reflecting on the possibility I have held back from being all that I could so often because of a fear og being judged or criticised or ridiculed. I have deliberately made myself small.
And so now the power is just running through me so forcefully it is like a huge wave just drowning all my past fears and timidity and pushing me forward. Also noticed increasing lightness and playfulness - instead if being so serious. I think this is all part of the new energy coming through.

Hi All- life continues to be rich and intense- I feel a lot of loving energy around at the moment and have been 'present in joy' in a very deep way these last few days- it simply leaves no room for worry or doubt.
My feeling is that Christchurch and Japanese people are learning - ahead of the rest of us- being taken back to the utter basics of survival - food, water, hygiene, friends, family, neighbours... What really underpins everything. There is no certainty for them still.
Somehow they will be sharing skills that we will need in the future.

Message #568 was interesting. Two people present felt great pressure through their heads, like a band, which they often do feel, but this was stronger, especially when the Star Elders came through.
Also, one person had the strong impression that we are not given the full information regarding the liquifaction occurring with the Christchurch earthquakes. And perhaps the rebuilding of part of Christchurch will be in the new energy place.
