Hi everyone 701 I created a key about a foot long silver and elegant with an large emerald stone and a crescent moon above it at the top. It lies in a blue lit wall where I can go and get it :-)
Ive been quite tired disrupted sleep sometimes no sleep, lots of energy when I try to sleep and heating up. Also a strong need to clear unhealthy patterns & start yoga with intention to connect to my light body. Love to all

i have created ...well i had no sense of creating..it just came into my vision...two pyramids of clear powerful substance..their pointed tops towards each other and massive concentration and movement of energy from the space between their tops...to my light body-energy flashed through it...again and again....Myrtle.

~ my object is a large multi-faceted quartz crystal, my height which I can stand in front of, hold either side and look into a clear flat facet on the front, almost like a screen.

Hi All-thanks for sharing that fascinating experience Karen.
I have been struggling with exhaustion and burn out and feeling v v emotionally vulnerable over past week ...felt i was running on empty and it happened so fast i didnt see any warning signs. So i had to go back to basics of going to bed at 8, resting, stopping all my usual activities....and meditating and calling for spiritual support and strength. I sm starting to feel much stronger again...in an even stronger way.. the other day when meditating and when I listened to 700 I had buzzing in my solar plexus snd I say the energy change-a pale green grey energy with some orange....hard to describe it...solid and flexible...and denser in some way.....Love to all on the path ..Myrtle

I was a bit upset thinking about this last night and feeling like a failure etc and voiced my concerns I saw two hands holding that book I was writing and heard "you need to finish it".
And then WOW something happened last night or I should say this morning as it was after 1. am, I was trying to get to sleep mind wondering all over the place thinking about my characters and the book in my mind I asked them all to come back. I heard the voice say "you will connect, it will all come back when you read it."
I couldn't sleep so I tried to focus on my point of origin I felt the familiar sensation of falling and drifting and then the voice said "you need to rest in the energy so we can assist you". Oh, I thought (I had been resisting this I hate being sick and doing nothing) after a while of drifting I heard "Don't be alarmed as you may feel the physical sensations as we connect you to your point of origin-you would feel this as home". I began to feel lifted in a high frequency that had a pitch to it the sound felt like it was enveloping me I began to lose all sense of my surroundings and at this point I began to panic I was aware that I had no need to panic but fear was there like an automatic reaction. Maybe I felt I needed to brace my self as last time they came I got a shock with the buzzing vibration. The voice told me to relax and breathe in the energy, I did and it felt like there was an adjustment take place. I began to move again "We are taking you through the doorway of light" I was moving towards a big circle of light in the Universe I wish I could draw it to describe it to you it had rays going out of it and concentric circle of plates around the entrance of the circle I dont know what it was made of but it had some substance to it and lots of light. I was pulled through it like a vacuum of light it was beautiful and very large it seemed to stretch out infinitely.
Other beings were drifting through this corridor of light it some travelling back some going the other way. I was aware of them and we acknowledged each other through our minds, it seemed normal or familiar somehow. The face of a being came into my mind long face narrow chin blue almond eyes and blueish white skin looked ancient and wise and the face seemed illuminated in light. I drifted toward a group of blue cloaked beings that I knew looked like this they were very tall and thin with long arms they reached out to collect me and gathered around me. I think they were communicating in my thoughts because I was aware that they are a group of beings here that exist alongside many other different ones like on earth only here they exist in peace. I felt a sense of relief comfort and warmth being around them. I knew them as a group of beings that assist there. They pointed toward a light city with shapes of archways and buildings made of light. There were pulsating lights here and there and at first I was only aware of the large crystal light archways they were pastel colours but realised there was more above beyond and below. It felt like if you wanted to experience a place you would will it in your mind and it would happen. Some of the lights were florescent coloured.
I was met by Annar who took me into a space dwelling that had intense blue light around it I think these were like walls we seemed to just pass through them. A room appeared like a lounge with a soft leather wrap around couch and a coffee table before a large window overlooking the city it was like the night sky outside (I think the setting was for my benefit to appear familiar) We spoke like old friends and I cant remember much more as I must have fallen asleep but I know I received some re assurance about things.
I feel so blessed to have had this visit, overcome with emotion- words dont cover it but I am so happy to say (after all the doubt and disillusionment I felt before!) that the cities of light are very real. :-)
